FRP Rebar Machine Fiberglass Rebar Poduction Line
The FRP rebar machine is developed by our own. It has low energy consumption and provides stable product quality. It can produce fully threaded fiberglass anchor rods and fiberglass rebar. We can supply the fiberglass rebar manufacturing equipment and are also responsible for the installation and commissioning, as well as technical services in the later stage. The machine is mainly used to produce FRP rebar of various specifications. The machine can automatically complete slitting, impregnation, preforming, winding, heating and curing, traction, fixed-length cutting, and collection and stacking.

Product Structure
This unit mainly consists of a yarn frame, dipping tank, winding device, oven, traction machine, cutting saw, and stacking device.
- Yarn frame: Placing yarn mass, using steel plate, steel pipe, and angle steel welded structure.
- Dipping tank: Welded with stainless steel material, with a pressure roller inside to make the roving fully impregnated in resin.
- Winding device: Adopt gear drive to drive the thread roller to rotate around the product and wind out the thread. Adopt frequency conversion speed control mode, the speed is steplessly adjusted.
- Winding device: Adopt gear drive to push down the winding tape wound on top of the FRP bar to form the thread. Adopt frequency conversion speed control mode, the speed is steplessly adjusted.
- Oven: Adopt stainless steel tube heater and intelligent temperature control instrument to control temperature. The heater box adopts a split structure, which can be easily opened to clean up the dripping resin and is filled with heat insulation and heat preservation material inside.
- Automatic tracking cutting saw: It can cut the FRP bars on the production line online at fixed length according to the specific requirements.
- Product stacking device: Fiberglass reinforcement is stacked after cutting and taken away and yarded by production staff.


Finished Product

Glass fiber reinforced rebar (GFRP) is composed of high performance resin materials (UPR, VER, EP, PU) and high strength fibers (GF, BF, CF) through pultrusion process, with light specific gravity, high strength, corrosion resistance, easy to cut and other characteristics.
GFRP Rebar can be classified by application domain: Metro Construction, Road and Bridge Engineering, Foundation Pit Support, Ocean Engineering etc.

As an effective method of roadway support, FRP rock bolts can not only significantly improve the effect of roadway support and enhance the stability of the surrounding rock but also save a large amount of support and maintenance costs. They feature low support costs, fast roadway completion speed, and low labor intensity. Therefore, using FRP rock bolts has become a major support method for mine roadways and is widely adopted.

FRP pultrusion profile is a kind of structural profile with a constant cross – section formed by the continuous pultrusion process. FRP pultrusion profiles have many advantages, such as corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, good dimensional stability, insulation, non – thermal conductivity, flame retardancy, beauty, and easy maintenance. Compared with traditional materials such as steel, aluminum, and wood, it has almost no maintenance costs.
FRP guardrail is widely used in municipal engineering, transportation, communities, ports, sewage treatment plants, and other fields. It is characterized by light weight, corrosion resistance, easy installation, long service life, a variety of colors, and soft color tones.
