FRP pultrusion winding production line

FRP pultrusion winding production line is the perfect integration of pultrusion process and winding process, overcoming the shortcomings of separate pultrusion process and winding process, so that the longitudinal strength and transverse strength have been greatly enhanced, and can make the winding pipe continuous production, significantly improve the production efficiency of the pipe.
Due to the uniform winding of glass fiber, fiber mat, fiber cloth and other reinforcing materials in the circumferential direction, the pressure resistance of the pipe is significantly improved.

Carbon fiber cable composite core production equipment

Technical parameters:
Yarn frame main body: The main body of the carbon fiber yarn frame is of steel structure. It can accommodate 120 spindles. Spindles are arranged in a matrix on both sides. Spindle outer diameter: φ75; Parallel spacing between spindle centers: 320mm.
Spindle accessories: Each spindle is equipped with a stop plate to prevent fibers from sliding onto the yarn shaft during rotation.
Fiber guiding: Each fiber bundle is equipped with a yarn guide device. A ceramic sleeve is installed on the inner wall of the yarn guide hole to prevent scraping and strand breakage.
Yarn frame chassis: The chassis is movable. The yarn frame remains stationary during operation and can move as a whole when not in use.
Pultrusion equipment: Carbon fiber composite core pultrusion equipment comes with a post – curing device. The composite core moves directly from the molding die to the post – curing unit for secondary heat curing.
Post – curing device: Total length of the post – curing heating zone: ≥2m; Heating zone length is adjustable.
Crawler tractor: Crawler tractor is adopted. Compression is achieved by air pressure. Traction force: 4 tons.
Layering material: Layering material: polyurethane. Babbitt hardness: ≥85.
Pneumatic components: High – quality pneumatic components are selected.

Take – up drive: The take – up machine is driven by a torque motor and used in tandem with the traction machine. It can be controlled independently. The control system is equipped with an alarm system and an emergency stop device.
