The FRP Pipe Filament Winding Machine is a highly automated production line designed for manufacturing FRP and RPM pipes. It consists of six main parts: inner layer manufacturing machine, computer control adding mortar-winding machine, curing station, repairing machine, mould unloading machine, and resin mix station. The system adopts an advanced industrial control computer from Taiwan to ensure precise coordination between the mould rotation and carriage movement.
The computer control adding mortar-winding machine enables the integration of quartz sand (mortar) into the pipe structure, significantly enhancing pipe stiffness and reducing production costs by up to 40% compared to traditional FRP pipes, without compromising strength or leak-proof performance.
With an annual output capacity of 5,000 tons, this production line delivers lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and cost-effective pipes widely used in water supply and drainage, agricultural irrigation, petrochemical industries, marine applications, and sewage treatment. It features reliable performance, user-friendly operation, and high production efficiency.
