Finished Product
For FRP grating, unsaturated resin (including: Isophthalic, Orthophthalic, Vinyl ester, Phenolic, Bisphenol – A, etc.) is used as its matrix, and glass fiber roving (winding or pultrusion, C – glass or E – glass) is used as its reinforced material. FRP grating can be made on metal moulds, and can also be made by hand – lay – up, then formed into a whole under heating. Its appearance is smooth, beautiful, and it has good inner quality. The content of fiberglass is over 30% (by weight). It has characteristics such as light weight, high strength, anti – corrosive, fire – retardant, firm and anti – slip, insulation, anti – impact, easy cutting, long service life, and being maintenance – free, etc. It is widely used as operation platforms, equipment platforms, manholes, stair treads, trench covers, handrails, goods shelves, filter plates, supports of packing in petroleum, chemical, power station, plating, pulping, brewing, pharmacy, metallurgy, food processing. It is also used in transportation, dyeing, waste water treatment and other industries.
